Guide Lines and Instructions
Authors with an accepted abstract are invited to submit by May 2nd, 2025 the Full paper (8 pages maximum) in PDF format.

By uploading your abstract, you accept the terms and conditions of 'IOP Conference Series' publishing
All papers will be made available to all registered participants on the UIT 2025 website.
How to submit your full paper
Prepare your PDF file (do not exceed 4 MB). When the text is ready, go on the online form and follow the steps below:
- Click on the button "SUBMIT YOUR FULL PAPER"
- Check your paper’s title
- Check the details of the First Author, Corresponding Author and Presenting Author
- Choose your file and click on the button “SUBMIT FULL PAPER”
- Papers can be submitted by any of the authors.
- Only the submitting author will be able to modify the provided information.
Notification
At the end of the process, the submitting author will receive by email the confirmation of submission.
The submitting author can login anytime into the paper submission system and make all changes to the paper, till the deadline by May 2nd, 2025.
The submitting author will be notified of the paper notifications by May 16th, 2025.
Registration of Authors
At least the presenting author is required to register to attend the conference by May 16th, 2025. If the author is not registered by this date, the paper will be automatically withdrawn from the program and from the proceedings without any further notice.
Each author is entitled to the presentation of 1 paper and 1 poster only.

Paper presentation
If your paper has been accepted as an oral presentation, you can use the template below to prepare your presentation.
Please note that you will have 15 minutes for your presentation and 5 minutes for discussion.
If your paper has been accepted as a poster, you can use the template below to prepare your poster.
Please print your poster in A0 format. Posters will be displayed throughout the entire conference.
During the conference, your papers will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee, a selection will be made for publication in the Journal of Physics: Conference Series. Authors of the selected papers will be asked to make revision before publication. If you do not wish your work to be published, simply let us know.
